Ting built a loyal following through cafés, stockists and markets — but had no proper place to buy online. They needed a store that carried the brand's handmade, premium, slightly playful personality, and made gifting and reordering effortless.
We designed and built the full e-commerce experience: a build-your-own assorted box, curated gift & value collections, a stockist locator, the brand's sustainable-packaging story, and a fast, mobile-first checkout.

Great product, nowhere to buy it.
Customers discovered Ting at a café or a market, loved it, then couldn't find a way to order more or send it as a gift. The brand's warmth and craft lived in its packaging and photography — but none of that translated to a checkout. Reordering and gifting were word-of-mouth at best.

We led with the product photography and the playful voice, then made buying frictionless: pick your own flavours into an assorted box, choose a ready-made gift or family pack, find a nearby stockist, and check out fast on a phone — with free delivery nudging a bigger basket.
