Multi-branch hospitality websites can become confusing when locations, menus and booking details are mixed together. Customers need to know where they are booking and see the information that applies to that café.
We created a branch-aware structure that keeps the Honey Cafe brand consistent while giving each location a clear place for its menu, details and booking journey.
What the experience needed to do.
Multiple cafés without a fragmented website.
Each branch needed to communicate its own menu and practical details, but the overall experience still had to feel like one recognisable brand. Booking also needed to remain clear about which location the customer had selected.
A location-first customer journey.
We made branch selection part of the core navigation, then connected each location to the relevant menu and booking path. Strong photography and simple calls to action keep the experience useful without losing the warmth of the café brand.
