PEAK TECH ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in Auckland and Wellington, New Zealand. We build websites, online stores, WeChat Mini Programs and custom systems for New Zealand business. This policy explains what personal information we handle and your rights over it.

We only collect what we need to respond to you and run our business:
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone number, company and the details of your message when you use our contact form, email us, or message us on WeChat.
- Information collected automatically — basic technical data such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view, gathered through cookies and analytics.
- Project information — material you share with us during a project, such as content, images and access details.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, deliver and support our work, keep our records, improve our website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then securely delete or de-identify it.

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is wrong. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
